Edmund Fhrond is the High Councilor of the Lesser Kingdoms.
History[]
Working originally as a advisor for one of the membership states within the Lesser Kingdoms Edmund Fhrond later found out that his ability to organize and manage would be put to better use during his time as quartermaster during the Lightwar.
Following the war he returned to the role as advisor but was eventually elected to become a councilor. As he held the majority of votes he assumed the role of High Councilor.
